Kits
Kit such as training tops, Rain Jackets, socks, shorts, caps and beanie hats are usually on sale at the club on Sundays. Match Shirts are provided for each age group.
Mouthguards are a neccessary part of the contact game but not tag.
Rugby Boots or boots with studs are advised for all aspects of the game.

!! Vectis Festival Cancelled !!

As I’m sure you all now know the Festival has been cancelled. It is the first time in it’s history and lets hope it’s the last. Apologies to all those who turned up and comisserations to all the teams that tried to cross to the island and couldn’t. Volunteers roughed the atrocious weather to set up the event but all teams and coaches felt that conditions were impossible for children to compete and enjoy what is usually an excellent days rugby. The club would like to thank all those who made the effort to take part and volunteers who set up and then had to pack it all away.

!! Emergency meeting regarding Festival changes !!

All those that are involved in set up and pitch marshaling - there is an emergency meeting to be held tonight (Friday 27th April) at the Wootton rec club house. Please be there for 7.00pm. The Festival has not been cancelled however there will be major changes to where things will be positioned. See you there.
